“We all go through beautiful and also difficult stages”

There are bugs, some of them can cost a lot. What is narrated here is out of error. Corresponds to criminal acts, aimed at fundamental life projects.

If you have ever been a victim of robbery, you must know that there are different magnitudes in the act.

Do you know the feeling when someone has stolen a piece of land with a house from you, for which you worked for many years to plan, earn the financial means to buy it in the most honest ways, through love, faithfulness, sweat, suffering, invest your assets there and carry out a project for the common good?

This is a true narrative, perhaps one of many other similar cases that occur in the city of Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Several of our friends and acquaintances had the opportunity to support, work and grow with us in what we once called Velicano Verde.

A place where we carried out daily permaculture activities, working with water, rainwater harvesting, to love it and keep it clean through organic treatments. We even prioritised reforestation, planting fruits and vegetables, focused only on organic production and crops.

Among other activities for the general development of the place, we have been dedicated in producing soil through compost. We were focused on generating minimal waste as possible, on making the place a center for meditation, for retreats, for art activities on a single conscious level.

There are also different energies. These can be channeled, filtered and even purified in some cases. This is how we did it incessantly between 2015 and until mid-2019 during the development of the project. However, one day it was no longer possible for us to bear the malevolent energy that lurked. We had no idea what was happening. Disconcerting sensations and experiences began to emerge, from which we knew we had to get out of there. Life allowed us to do it, but still without knowing exactly what the cause was, or even try to deduce if we made an incomprehensible mistake.

We decided to rent the place for another good cause and move to another place in town.

At first we thought we were expanding and that it would be possible for us to take over the two places, but the master plan we had for the place was still in development, approximately thirty percent would have been missing to complete it.

Despite this, we began to turn around the Velicano Verde project, to later try to adapt it to Avalon Tulum. The latter comes from a person from England, the founder of Avalon Tulum, who gave the name to the place and who decided to sell us the land with that “concept”.

The basis of this concept continues from the end of 2019 to date, but “indirectly” managed, unfinished and with variations.

In the middle of 2021 we were about to carry out the sale of Velicano Verde, in this way we conceived to definitively integrate the Velicano Verde concept into Avalon Tulum and thus support ourselves for the realisation of the place with a single conscious level.

When starting with the paperwork for the sale of Velicano Verde, we got the bad, unpleasant and sad news that the legal documentation of the property had been falsified by criminals and accepted by government institutions.

We immediately hired lawyers, who analysed the nature of the crime and who are still continuing with the determination to return the legal documentation.

The process that is taking place has very bad tasting. It has led us to act cautiously, sometimes hastily. This has led to a certain instability in life plans, to beings around us, including family members, helpers, we are constantly “shaken” by waves of despair, uncertainty and instability.

Lawyers do what they can, but it is also their business, or job, however you want to see it.

The government, undoubtedly known for high levels of corruption, in addition to the institutions responsible for solving this type of cases, most of the time they have created a reputation for “working” in a slow and shady ways.

The recovery solution is pending, expenses are daily present, the project continues without support and is unfinished.

Now that you have read this narrative, I want to express here the opinion that:
Any life situation trying to bring us down, starting from scratch continues to be a way. And also to know what we are capable of. If what we have created to date has been possible for us, we do not rule out the probability that we are now growing stronger.
